The Costs of My Services
A reimbursement through public health insurance is not possible in my practice. Therapeutic services are exempt from VAT under §4, No. 14 UStG.

Molière
Therapy for Individuals (Private)
Billing for privately insured individuals is based on the fee schedule for alternative practitioners (GebüH).
Depending on the terms of your insurance, it may be necessary to submit a detailed application for psychotherapy to your insurer after five sessions.
If possible, please check with your insurance provider before the initial consultation to confirm whether and to what extent psychotherapeutic services are covered by your policy.
The costs for privately insured clients are
€105.00 per session of 55 minutes.
Group Therapy
Group therapy sessions in my practice are only available for self-paying clients.
The costs for group therapy are
€40.00 per participant per session of 90 minutes.
Self-Paying Clients
As a self-paying client, formalities are not an issue for you. Since the additional time required for dealing with insurance is also eliminated on my end, you benefit from a reduced price.
The costs for self-paying clients are
€95.00 per session of 55 minutes.
Couples and Family Therapy
Couples and family counseling or therapy are considered personal elective services and are currently not covered by public or private health insurance.
The costs for couples counseling/therapy are
€145.00 per session of 90 minutes.
The costs for family counseling/therapy are
€155.00 per session of 90 minutes.
Cancellation Policy
By starting counseling or therapy, you agree to attend all scheduled appointments punctually and, in case of cancellation, to notify me in advance—at least 48 hours before the agreed time. You can do so via a written message (email or SMS) or by a personal phone call.
As my practice operates on a structured appointment system, with only one client scheduled per session, a full cancellation fee equivalent to the session cost will be charged if appointments are not canceled in time.
For missed group therapy sessions without timely cancellation (minimum of 48 hours in advance), the full fee will also be charged.
